Full-Stack SaaS Client Portals

Designed, built, and deployed two production SaaS client portal applications from zero. Both apps are designed to, serve real clients, and built on a white-label architecture that allows full rebranding per client.

Focus Areas:

  • Full-stack development using Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Supabase, and Vercel

  • AI assistant built on Claude API (Anthropic) embedded directly in the client portal

  • Features include real-time messaging, file management, approval workflows, push notifications, milestone tracking, and Stripe payments

  • White-label architecture engineered to deploy as a separate branded product per agency client

  • Row-level security, admin panel, and client-facing portal with distinct permission tiers


 

AAMC

Led digital project delivery across AAMC's web platforms and communications initiatives, serving as the primary owner for intake, execution, and closeout on complex multi-stakeholder projects. Guided the organization through a key platform migration and drove Agile delivery improvements across the CMS team.

Focus Areas:

  • Led Agile delivery for Drupal CMS enhancements writing user stories, coordinating vendor development, and validating sprint output against acceptance criteria

  • Guided migration of the internal request management system from S1 to ServiceNow, improving intake governance and reducing workflow bottlenecks

  • Owned scope, timelines, milestones, and delivery plans across multiple concurrent initiatives

  • Led cross-functional teams of developers, vendors, and business stakeholders as primary delivery owner

  • Ensured adherence to quality, usability, accessibility, and governance standards throughout delivery


 
 

Green Sundayes — Mobile App Design & Product

Led product design and development of a mobile PWA for Green Sundayes, a 21+ cannabis lifestyle brand. The app needed to reflect a bold, character-driven brand while meeting compliance requirements and delivering a drop-based engagement model.

  • PWA architecture designed for mobile-first save-to-homescreen experience

  • Character-driven UI where brand characters serve as navigation anchors

  • Drop announcement system built around event-based content delivery

Styled by Sharice — Mobile-First Booking Experience

Redesigned the digital presence for a DC and LA-based hairstylist with a loyal social following but no website built to convert that traffic. The goal was simple: turn Instagram followers into booked appointments.

Focus Areas:

  • Rebuilt the site on Squarespace with a mobile-first approach, designed around how Sharice's clients actually find her — through social

  • Structured the services menu around her core offerings: weave installs, wig services, and natural hair

  • Added a waitlist signup to capture demand when her calendar fills

  • Integrated booking flow directly into the site to eliminate the back-and-forth DMs

  • Delivered a clean, fast, conversion-focused experience that works as hard as she does


 

DC Water - Award-Winning Digital Campaign Strategy

Led the digital campaign strategy and rollout for DC Water's Cool Arts and Cleaner Rivers initiative — a nationally recognized public engagement effort combining youth art, environmental education, and community action. Recipient of NACWA's 2020 National Environmental Achievement Award.
