Civio Creative LLC | Full-Stack SaaS

Designed, built, and deployed two production SaaS client portals from zero, serving real clients through a white-label architecture that can be fully rebranded for each deployment. I owned the product strategy, UX, development, AI integration, permissions, payments, and release.

Focus Areas:

AAMC | Project Delivery Manager

Led digital project delivery across AAMC's web platforms and communications initiatives, serving as the primary owner for intake, execution, and closeout on complex multi-stakeholder projects. Guided the organization through a key platform migration and drove Agile delivery improvements across the CMS team.

Focus Areas:

  • Led Agile delivery for Drupal CMS enhancements writing user stories, coordinating vendor development, and validating sprint output against acceptance criteria

  • Guided migration of the internal request management system from S1 to ServiceNow, improving intake governance and reducing workflow bottlenecks

  • Owned scope, timelines, milestones, and delivery plans across multiple concurrent initiatives

  • Led cross-functional teams of developers, vendors, and business stakeholders as primary delivery owner

Green Sundayes | Mobile PWA

Built and manage the Green Sundayes mobile PWA end to end for a B2C lifestyle brand, owning product strategy, UX/UI, development, analytics, and launch.

Focus Areas:

  • Built the PWA as a mobile-first save-to-homescreen experience using GoodBarber with custom branding and product logic

  • Designed the character-driven interface and navigation around how customers browse drops, products, and promotions

  • Built event-based drop announcements and engagement flows to support repeat app usage

  • Designed age-gating and compliance into the experience without making the product feel clinical

  • Used customer survey data to identify a retention gap, then designed and launched a gamified Rewards experience with points, streaks, alerts, and milestone unlocks

  • Track product performance through GA4 and use engagement and order data to guide product decisions

  • Following the Rewards launch, average weekly orders grew about 35%, from roughly 120 to 162


Styled by Sharice | Mobile-First Booking

Redesigned the digital presence for a DC- and LA-based hairstylist with a loyal social following but no website built to convert that traffic. The goal was simple: turn social interest into booked appointments.

Focus Areas:

  • Rebuilt the site on Squarespace with a mobile-first approach designed around how clients actually discover her through social

  • Structured services around core offerings, including weave installs, wig services, and natural hair

  • Integrated the booking flow directly into the site to reduce back-and-forth DMs

  • Created a clean, fast, conversion-focused experience built to support discovery, booking, and repeat business
