Green Sundayes — Mobile App Design & Product

Project Overview: Led end-to-end product design and development of a mobile PWA for Green Sundayes, a 21+ cannabis lifestyle brand. The app needed to reflect a bold, character-driven brand while meeting compliance requirements and delivering a drop-based engagement model — all without a native app budget.

Role: Product Lead & App Designer

App Interface Design: Designed a mobile-first PWA built for save-to-homescreen use, with brand characters serving as navigation anchors throughout the experience. Dark mode styling, weekly drop updates, and a frictionless browse-to-engage flow were core design decisions.

CRM & Engagement Strategy:

  • Automated welcome and drop alert flows built in Klaviyo

  • Email and SMS capture integrated directly from the app

  • Segmented lists for drop announcements and retention campaigns

  • Branded email templates designed in Canva
