Overview: Supported the internal intake process for AAMC’s Salesforce Service 1 platform while contributing to ongoing CMS upgrades and user adoption. Worked cross-functionally to improve digital workflows, documentation, and system performance across multiple teams.

Role: Project Manager – Responsible for overall campaign management, from content design to timeline tracking. Worked closely with partner agencies, and internal stakeholders ensuring all deliverables were met and that audience engagement was optimized through targeted updates.
